New Tripoli Bank Shark-tacular Summer Coloring Contest

Contest Rules

No purchase, payment of any kind or banking relationship necessary to enter or win.  A purchase, payment or banking relationship will not increase your chances of winning.  All entries have an equal chance of winning.  Void where prohibited.  By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

  1. Eligibility:  The contest is open to legal U.S. residents who are between 3 - 13 years of age as of the date of entry.  Employees and Directors of New Tripoli Bank as well as members of their immediate family are not eligible to win a basket.  The winner may be required to provide his/her Tax Identification Number for IRS reporting purposes.  The Contest is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws.  Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set by New Tripoli Bank in their sole discretion. 
  2. Promotion Period: Entries can be submitted between Monday, June 17th at 9:00 a.m. EST and Friday, July 5th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. EST.
  3. How To Enter:  During the Contest period, anyone may visit one of our three banking office locations during normal business hours to pick up a Shark Coloring Sheet.  Once completed, entrants would then provide their coloring sheet to a New Tripoli Bank employee.  Completed coloring sheets should clearly contain the entrants name and phone number on the back.  One coloring sheet per entrant can be submitted using only the New Tripoli Bank coloring sheet.  Entrants may pick up coloring sheets within one week following the announcement of contest winners. One week following the announcement, coloring sheets become the property of New Tripoli Bank.
  4. Voting Period. Following the end of the Entry Period, there will be a week-long voting period from Monday, July 8th, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. EST until Saturday, July 13th, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. EST Finished coloring sheets will be on display at each Bank branch office as well as on the Bank's social media pages and websites. Entrants' names will not be visible during the voting period. Votes will be collected in branches as well as online. Voting is limited to one vote per person per day and one vote per person online.
  5. Determination of Winners:  On July 15th, 2024, one winner from each branch location will be chosen.  There will be three basket winners in total. Winners will be determined through a combination of in-person votes as well as online votes.  The Bank will make every effort to contact the winners on Monday, July 15th once the winners have been determined. If a Winner cannot be contacted, fails to comply with contest rules and/or prize is returned/undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner(s) may be selected in New Tripoli Bank’s sole discretion. Prizes will be available for pick-up during regular business hours at one of the three New Tripoli Bank branches.  Prizes not claimed after 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be used in a new contest or a second drawing. 
  6. Prizes:  Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply.  All aspects of the prize will be provided and determined by New Tripoli Bank in its sole discretion.  No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent for the prize shall be made.  Prizes are not transferable.  Any depictions of the prize are for illustrative purposes and prize is subject to availability/may change.
  7. Approximate Retail Value and Odds:   Each Shark Themed Prize will have a retail value of $75.  Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received during the promotion period.
  8. Taxes:  Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.  An IRS Form 1099 may be issued. 
  9. General Terms and Conditions:  New Tripoli Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond New Tripoli Bank’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper function of the Contest.  New Tripoli Bank is not responsible for any lost, late, incorrect, inaccurate, undelivered, damaged, or delayed entries.  Entries cannot include trademarks or slogans.  Additionally, entries cannot include or be obscene, indecent, offensive, disrespectful, violent and/or contain hateful content as determined solely by New Tripoli Bank.  All decisions of New Tripoli Bank are final. 
  10. Consent and Agreement:  By submitting an entry, the entrant as well as their parent/legal guardian are signifying their agreement to abide by these Rules. 
  11. Release / Publicity:  Each entrant grants New Tripoli Bank the right and permission to use his/her entry, name, photograph, and likeness, in whole or in part, in any and all media, now or hereafter known, for any purpose, including but not limited to, illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, social media, or any other purpose whatsoever without restriction. Each entrant waives the right to approve the finished product and agrees that New Tripoli Bank is not responsible for any publishing errors caused by them or their media outlets.
